Can I return standard in-stock items?
Yes. If you are a natural person and comply with the return conditions and legal deadlines, you may withdraw from the distance purchase agreement and return standard in-stock items purchased in the SUPERBOX online store.
When withdrawing from a distance purchase agreement, you do not need to state a reason for returning the goods. If you withdraw from the agreement for a non-defective item, you bear the return shipping costs unless agreed otherwise in advance. If a defective or incorrectly delivered item is being returned, the return costs are covered by the seller.
Please note that this right does not apply to custom-made goods that were manufactured to your order or clearly tailored to your needs.
