Payment Methods
Currently, you can pay for your purchases at SUPERBOX using the following methods:
Payment via your bank's online banking system
Our online store is integrated with the KLIX payment collection system, allowing you quickly, safely, and conveniently pay through the online banking systems of the following banks: Swedbank, SEB, Luminor, Revolut, and Citadele. KLIX payments, created by Citadele Bank, offer a fast and secure way to pay for online purchases, adhering to the European Union's Payment Services Directive (PSD 1, Directive 2007/64/EC).
Once you confirm your order at SUPERBOX, you will be redirected to the selected bank’s page. After logging in, a pre-filled payment order will be generated for you to review and confirm.
Payment by credit or debit card
Easily and quickly pay for your purchases using your credit or debit card. Simply enter your card details, and your order will be processed immediately.
You can pay with VISA and Mastercard, provided your issuing bank supports secure online payment programs like MasterCard SecureCode or Verified by Visa. After entering your card details, you may be required to verify your identity by entering a security code on your bank's page.
Payment by bank transfer
Select payment by bank transfer if you prefer not to pay immediately. After placing your order, you will receive an order confirmation via email, including your order number and SUPERBOX’s bank details for making the transfer. Please transfer the total amount to the account specified in the confirmation.
Important! When making the payment, please include your order number in the payment reference.
Payment via Apple Pay
If you choose Apple Pay, you can complete your purchase in just a few clicks using your iPhone, iPad, or Mac device. Your card details remain protected, as payments are processed using a unique device code and either fingerprint or facial recognition technology, ensuring a secure and convenient online shopping experience.
Payment deferral (for customers with signed contracts only)
If you have a purchase agreement with SUPERBOX, you can benefit payment deferral. You can order goods within the credit limit specified in the contract and settle the payment after receiving the invoice, by the payment term indicated on the VAT invoice.
To sign a payment deferral contract with SUPERBOX, your total purchase amount over the past 6 months must exceed €3,000. For contract inquiries, please contact sales@superbox.lt.
Payment in SUPERBOX Physical Store
In the SUPERBOX physical store at Raudondvario pl. 150, you can pay using various convenient methods. Customers can pay in cash or use a credit or debit card for quick and secure transactions. Additionally, invoices can be provided upon request, which may be needed for business clients or other purposes requiring an official purchase document.
